At Aloha Shirt Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your island apparel. If your shirt doesn't fit or suit your style, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your shirts and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items arrive at our warehouse.
